Brooklyn NY engagement photos

Incredibly candid Brooklyn NY engagement photos with Mahila and Mikal. Summetime in NYC is extremely fun and full of life! This session took a span of 2 days, to get all the beautiful light in the evening and at Sunrise in NYC. Mahi and Mikal and I adventured around all of their favorite places and spots that were special to their relationship. They are huge dive bar/ foodie people so I met them at their fav Chinese restaurant Antidote. We dined, laughed, and shot some photos of these cuties at the bar, and make our way down the streets of Williamsburg Brooklyn. We hit some spots along the way, chasing light and life as the streets were alive on this summer evening. We spent some of the evening on the rooftop of their apartment building that over looked the city, AND you could see the empire state building lit up so beautifully. We laughed, drank champagne and it took in those incredible views. We capped our fun filled evening at their absolute favorite hangout spot called The Charleston, a super fun pizza bar with games and live music! We even stopped at their favorite Halal food truck and it was the best way to end our night.

The next morning, we woke up at sunrise to get some exclusive photos at the Williamsburg bridge in Brooklyn. So so worth it with that gorgeous morning light! We shot our way around the bridge, hitting some spots at Domino Park. We had breakfast at Partners Coffee where I quite literally had the best sausage ciabatta I've ever eaten. We took some cute coffee shop photos in there before heading over to end our sunrise session over at the infamous Joes Pizza .

We had SOOO much fun during our session saturated by laughter, deep talks, prosecco, and beautiful light. These are the times that make me so thankful to do what I do; meeting insanely incredible people. Can't wait to shoot their wedding this November in Queens at Sound River Studios.
