We were from the same area, living only 15 minutes away from one another, and it took meeting an hour in a half away from our hometown to make a connection. What was even more ironic about the night we met, we discovered that two weeks prior, we were in the same church service, sitting only a row away from each other. It was the exchange of phone numbers, a late night dinner date, and a similar interest in music that our friendship began to grow. A few months later, we began dating.
