This has to be one of the most adventurous sessions I have photographed. Hailey contacted me about doing an engagement session for her and Mack in the Blue Ride Mountains a couple months before the session. I happily obliged and we began looking at locations (You guys know the mountains are the way to my heart). We came across Linville Falls and I was instantly IN LOVE. Linville Falls is the most popular waterfall in the Blue Ridge Mountains because of its direct access to the Parkway and boy was it gorgeous! Hailey, Mack and I met in mid November to explore the terrain and to see where the paths would take us and we were surely taken back by its beauty. It was bitter cold, and swarmed with with people, but all three of us were so committed to the adventure that it didn’t phase us. We had a BLAST.
I absolutely loved working with these two and can’t wait until their wedding this June at Merry Hill.
