I absolutely LOVE when couples of two different backgrounds come together and create beautiful cultural magic. Yolanda and Joe tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family who came far and wide to join in on the celebration. Their wedding was held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Uptown Charlotte and their reception was held at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse. Joe’s family were Italian from upstate NY , and Yolanda’s family are Mexican. They decided to incorporate both traditions in creating a beautiful ceremony to best represent their faith and their heritage and they did just that. As they left, they were greeted and serenaded by an incredible Mexican Mariachi Band that completely ROCKED it! The music and the trumpets ensued the streets of Charlotte on this hot day and it was absolutely amazing.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Berardi!
